Q: Are there blackout dates?
A: Yes. Blackout dates include December 20–31, 2025, and major 2026 holidays including New Year’s (Jan 1), MLK Jr Weekend (Jan. 15 - 19), Presidents' Day Weekend (Feb. 12 - 16), and Memorial Day Weekend (May 21 - 25).
Q: How do I apply the concierge credit?
A: After your reservation is confirmed, our concierge team will reach out directly (via email or call) to assist with planning your in‑home services or local experience and apply the credit. Full details of eligible experiences and how to book them will be provided at that time.
Q: Can I combine this promotion with other discounts or offers?
A: No, this Travel Tuesday promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or special offers
Q: What happens to the free night / bonus credit?
A: The bonus free night is applied automatically when you meet the stay requirements (e.g., stay 4 nights, receive 5th night free). The bonus credit (if applicable) is applied toward services offered by our concierge or on‑site experience team (for example, in‑home chef, private massage, or curated local experience).
