That's right, this property is in the historic neighborhood of Downtown Santa Barbara and is only four blocks away from the beach! Guests will instantly fall in love with this property the moment they arrive and see its beautiful design and architecture. Pistachio House features the stylish flair of Spanish Colonial Revival that was designed by Jeff Shelton, one of the local architects in the area. Vibrant colors adorn the sides of the home as it towers over the street being three stories tall.
Guests will walk inside and find that the Spanish Colonial designs continue throughout the interior of the home. You will find yourself in a cozy living room space that features a modern sofa and loveseat combo. Natural oak ceiling beams line up the vaulted ceilings providing plenty of space. The flat screen TV is wall mounted on the opposite wall of the sofa and has direct access to the complimentary Wi-Fi. Step out through the double patio doors to find yourself in a cozy private patio complete with an al fresco dining table. A private work desk is located on the other side of the patio door providing you with a space to complete some work from home during your stay. The gourmet kitchen is just around the corner and features a cozy corridor complete with rustic Spanish tile, full size appliances, plenty of countertop space, and cabinetry stocked full of all the essential cooking ware you need. Pistachio House features a total of 3 bedrooms that will accommodate up to 6 guests a night during your stay. The first bedroom is located on the first level of the home and is separate from the rest of the Santa Barbara property. Here you will find a cozy queen size bed with fine linens. The private en suite bathroom comes with a shower tub combo along with plenty of closet space to hang up your clothing. The remaining two bedrooms are both located on the second floor of Pistachio House. The first features a plush king size bed and has access to another patio deck located on the first floor. Here guests will have an additional outdoor seating area complete with travertine tile. The stairs will take you up to the spacious patio with the fire pit by the kitchen. The room also comes with a private en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk in shower. The final bedroom comes with a queen size bed and has direct access to a fourth outdoor patio that is separate from the rest.
