Marissa brings a formal education & professional knowledge in Interior Design, Real Estate, and Property Management to her career at Paradise Retreats.
Marissa was raised in real estate & hospitality. Her father is a Realtor & Broker in Chicago, and he also owned a hotel in Michigan where Marissa spent her Summers gaining hospitality skills. In 2017, Marissa moved from Illinois to Santa Barbara to further her education in Interior Design. It was during her studies in Architectural Design that she discovered her own love for Real Estate.
Since January of 2020, Marissa has found a home with the Paradise Retreats family. After just 7 months of exceptional performance as the Property Administration Assistant Manager, she was promoted to her current role as the Property Administration Manager.
With four siblings, Marissa finds time with family very important. She always looks forward to trips to her family home in Illinois. During her free time in Santa Barbara, Marissa enjoys spending time at the beach with her dog. She also enjoys exploring our beautiful local architecture on long walks through downtown neighborhoods.
