Matt is a 4th generation Santa Barbarian, who began his career at Paradise Retreats in 2021.
According to Matt, Paradise Retreats is the best job he’s ever had! He loves the great work atmosphere, and the fantastic Property Services team. He appreciates that the CEO, Broker, and Managers truly care about their employees. He also appreciates that they encourage him to excel in his real estate career; both as a Property Services Coordinator and as a Realtor.
Matt enjoys playing the guitar, watching sports, working out, listening to music, and relaxing at the beach. He values spending time with friends, family, his girlfriend, and especially his two dogs!.
