Mindy was born in Santa Barbara and has a deep love for the beauty and sophistication of our area. She has a degree in Real Estate Management and has been a licensed Realtor (in California & Texas) for over 25 years. Mindy was also a loan agent for 15 years; offering expertise to present the perfect loan package to successfully “close the deal” for her clients.
In 2003, Mindy founded a commercial lighting and design company. Her love for design and real estate led her into buying homes and renovating them as a hobby. She later started working in property management covering eight multi-family properties in Ventura County.
Mindy has two grown children who graduated from Cal State Long Beach and Texas Tech. She has a passion for living a happy & healthy lifestyle. Mindy speaks around the world on how others can live their best lives. The key to it all is keeping a positive outlook and having a good sense of humor.
