Holly arrived in Santa Barbara in 1993 to attend UCSB, and she never left!
After college, she started a career in the banking and mortgage world. However, after marriage came 3 kids who moved her into a whole new career: motherhood! As her kids entered school, Holly started working again; this time in Real Estate, as an assistant to a successful Realtor. It was during this that she fell in love with discovering all the unique neighborhoods in our beautiful city.
Following her Real Estate career, Holly was asked to implement & manage the Customer Support department for a local startup called CLIQ Products. However, when presented the opportunity to work at Paradise Retreats, she jumped on it, as it was the perfect merger of her love of Real Estate combined with her love of working with customers.
As a Property Inspector, Holly enjoys ensuring that homes are always in top condition, which in turn ensures 5-star experiences for our Guests. She especially enjoys offering tips and recommendations about our area to Guests during the "Meet & Greet" process.
