Just a 10 minute walk in the other direction from the home are the fabulous restaurants and retail shops of Coast Village Road.

The house is Mid-Century Modern architecture with a comfortable interior aesthetic. The home has a fresh open and upscale feel with updated Kitchen, Bedrooms, Living Room furnishings and more! High ceilings, spacious rooms, and stylish furniture are the trademarks of this inviting property.

The Kitchen is bright and well-equipped for preparing meals effortlessly, with fully-stocked cookware and a large Sub-Zero refrigerator. The breakfast nook is conveniently located within reach of the chef's creative hand, making service a dream and conversation friendly. 

From the spacious Living Room and Dining Area, a wall of glass windows and sliding doors opens to the back and front patio. Enjoy a great game of ping-pong in the back or keep the space open for the grill master.

The Family Room is a sunny space with a smart TV and surround sound speakers. A queen-size sofa sleeper here adds additional sleeping options for overflow guests.

The bright Master Suite upstairs has a king-size bed, walk in closet, smart TV, seating area, and gas fireplace. The attached Master Bathroom with a large spa tub and walk-in shower feels luxurious and well suited for a vacationing couple to feel pampered. To tie the knot in this luxurious suite there is a private balcony with a dining area for 4 and a hammock.  

The second Bedroom upstairs is on the other side of the hall from the Master Bedroom, perfect for the teens or another couple with a queen-size bed, desk, 2 closets and a full Jack & Jill Bathroom that is shared with Bedroom three.

The third Bedroom with full-size bed faces the same as the master and also offers a private balcony in addition with a single person swing.

There are lovely gardens with an inset stone patio and fountain for personal enjoyment or gracious entertaining while you dine al fresco on the rustic dining table.

Everything has been well thought out. The owners have even provided 2 bikes and beach recreation items for their guests' enjoyment making day trips and beach outings more fun for everyone…enjoy!

PLEASE NOTE: Commonly shared areas with neighboring property are private gate entrance, driveway, walkways, and open backyard.
