Escape to a fantastic wonderland in Santa Ynez Valley! Situated on a 1-acre corner lot in a beloved neighborhood, Paradise Valley Retreat is sure to satisfy anyone's need to escape, relax, and have fun. Once here, Guests may never want to go back to a fast-paced world! The speed of life in the Valley is a little bit slower, the stride easy and uncomplicated.
The home received a masterful makeover in 2014; with casual-chic furnishings, and every creature comfort considered. The gracious floor plan is a well-conceived design, and the rooms flow together effortlessly. Every detail has been considered for a luxury experience.
The Family Room has soaring ceilings and promises to be the gathering place for most indoor activity. A game table, robust 80" flat screen TV w/surround sound, and Sonos music system will keep everyone entertained. As an alternative to this relaxing space, enjoy some healthy competition in the Billiard Room with more Sonos music, and a 50" flat screen TV.
A fully-stocked gourmet country Kitchen features traditional style hand-waxed distressed pine cabinets, granite counters, and a massive center island. Every possible amenity has been included in this inviting space! Nibble on tasty treats from local artisan growers, cook a fabulous holiday meal in grand and effortless style, or just hang out and watch the outdoor activity around the pool.
The Bedrooms are stylish and romantic, each offering high quality memory-foam mattresses. The Master Suite offers a 60" flat screen TV, king-size bed, full Master Bathroom, and sliding door access to the backyard.
The three additional guest Bedrooms feature chic furnishings, luxurious linens, and front yard views. Two of the rooms offer king-size beds & 50" flat screen TV's, and the third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds. Two more Bathrooms, and an efficient Laundry Room, complete the room amenities.
The property itself is a virtual playground. Like an island-style vacation resort, the massive stone design of the lavish pool will easily draw out the kid in everyone. Even the most reserved adult won't be able to resist the pool's water slide, nor the temptation to splash around under the dancing water features. A Sport Court w/basketball, a horseshoe pit, a sandbox, and an outdoor BBQ Island all combine to make the backyard a recreational dream; just waiting for year-round fun and outdoor activity.
Even guests vehicles have been considered, with a luxurious place of their own in the spacious 4 car garage!
If one can pull themselves away to venture offsite, it will be well worth it. Tour local estate wineries, or sip and savor at numerous wine tasting rooms in downtown Los Olivos and Solvang. Take a glider ride, sample Danish pastries, try your luck at the Chumash Casino, or hike and bike just about anywhere. The possibilities are endless!
