"La Casa De La Belleza" translates to "The home of beauty" and that is exactly what it is, this home in Montecito is tucked away in the Upper Village and truly gives you a sense of relaxation and peace once the gates open. With many windows and doors, sunshine streams in from every side of this home. This offers guests a bright and friendly oasis with all the amenities a luxury vacation rental should have.
Conveniently, every bedroom has a private full Bathroom and there is a Powder Room on the main floor. The upstairs guest Bedroom at the end of the hall has a private balcony with mountain views, TV, and a Game system. An Office can be used as a quiet work space for those working travelers or it can be used as another private Bedroom with a queen-size sofa sleeper provided.
The upstairs Master Bedroom has king-size bed and TV. The Master Bathroom features dual sinks, soaking tub, and a luxurious oversized glass shower. The detached Bedroom also with a king-size bed is perfect for guests that want to be secluded when it’s time to get some beauty sleep. You can access this room from the driveway and for ease of access to the main home is just outside.
Step into the Living Room from the welcoming entry foyer, where the central fireplace is surrounded with antique books. Just on the other side of the Living Room is the Family Room where you can enjoy watching your favorite movie, equipped with a large flat screen TV with surround sound. French doors in each room lead to the backyard, making it effortless to sneak away for an after hours moonlight swim under the stars.
The pool and spa terrace will definitely be the central hub for most vacation activity. With flat green lawns surrounding the property, guests can enjoy a game of croquet or family friendly game of tag. Just at the end of the pool and in the garden the fountains add a tranquil and serene touch.
