Built in 1885, this Victorian cottage is located on the historic Brinkerhoff Avenue, one of the oldest streets in Downtown Santa Barbara. While the rest of the downtown area was being renovated for businesses in the early 1900s, Brinkerhoff Ave has remained as one of the most well-preserved streets of original homes from the late 1800s. That's your history lesson for the day, but this home is also just one block from State Street, four from the Funk Zone, and six from the beach making it the ideal location for doing… anything. 

The charm is overwhelming from the white picket fence, high ceilings, restored original windows, and bright paint colors to the wrap-around porch. The primary room includes a King-sized bed and a twin trundle while the guest room includes a Queen bed. The kitchen is stocked with updated appliances and a formal dining room. A gas grill and prep area are ready for year-round meals while outdoor seating is available in the front yard and back area to pick your perfect view.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled within 48 hours of booking, and any payments will be refunded.

If your Check-In Date is more than 60 days out and the 25% Reservation Fee has been paid, then cancellation of your reservation will result in the loss of the 25% Reservation Fee.

If your Check-In Date is more than 60 days out, and the reservation is Paid In Full, then cancelation of your reservation will result in the loss of the 25% Reservation Fee, but the remaining 75% will be refunded.

If your Check-In Date is less than 60 days out and the reservation is Paid In Full, then cancelation of your reservation will result in the loss of all reservation payments
