The living room with soaring open-beam ceilings has a large sectional couch facing the massive sandstone fireplace. A 50” flat screen TV, Sonos Multi-Room Sound System, and Yamaha electric keyboard add to the state-of-the-art amenities.
The home offers a convenient kitchenette. The owners have provided a microwave, under counter refrigerator, and other small appliances for your convenience. World class restaurants, coffee shops and gourmet grocery stores are located in the Upper Village of Montecito, just a short scenic walk away!
Two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, are well appointed with ultra comfy featherbeds, luxurious imported Italian linens, and full bathrooms with walk-in showers. A 3rd full bath in the hall is also equipped with a walk-in shower.
With walls of glass and wrought iron, the Atrium is a unique and inviting room flooded with light. Radiant heat flooring and unobstructed views of the rose garden and wooded backyard invite guests to curl up with a good book on a lazy afternoon. From the Atrium, stroll down the walking path to a secret green space on the east end of the property. Enjoy a lively game of Frisbee on the expansive lawn, or kick back and take a nap under the mature old oaks.
Indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly with large glass doors and windows leading from the guest house to the sun patio and yard of the Main House. A path wanders past a soothing fountain and leads to the pool, spa and Main House terrace. This large patio, perfect for entertaining, has comfortable seating, fireplace and an outdoor kitchen with Lynx 6 burner barbeque, refrigerator, and ice maker.
The yard surrounding the pool is sunny and open, and the flat green lawn is a perfect place to throw your towel down and enjoy the incredible blue sky overhead.
For a quiet comfortable retreat, the Villa del Sol Casita is the perfect getaway. For larger gatherings, the main house is also available to reserve in conjunction with the guest house thereby accommodating up to 8 people.
